How’s business in Pattaya, Thailand? Exclusive
interview with the Managing Director of Tiffany’s Show Pattaya,
Khun Alisa Phanthusak.
In this interview, filmed via Zoom on 28
January 2021, Steven Howard of TravelNewsAsia.com asks Khun Alisa
to update us on her business, how it has been affected by COVID19
and what plans she has for the future.
Khun Alisa tells us about the difficulties
Tiffany’s Show Pattaya has faced since closing just a few weeks after
hosting the
Miss International Queen 2020 Grand Finals in March,
how closure has impacted the employees, and what plans the company
has for Miss International Queen 2021.
Khun Alisa also explains what the company has done
to try to keep some revenue streams alive, how the different
lockdowns have affected business, and how they plan to modify the
world-famous Tiffany’s Show for a domestic audience whilst so few
tourists are visiting the country.
We also discuss the hotels and restaurants that
the company owns, Steven asks what support the businesses have received from
the Government, and how Khun Alisa believes the country should
open itself up to more tourists as we move forward. All that and
much, much more in the video and podcast below.

Editor’s note:
My apologies that the audio and visual quality in this video interview
are not up to the same HD quality that they normally would be. This is the
ninth in a
series of video interviews conducted over the internet. Hopefully it won’t be too
long until we are once again conducting exclusive video interviews
in person, but for now we have to make do with what we have. Thank
you.
