Located south of the island, Saint Barthelemy is a place that you should visit in Anguilla. Stylish and chic, the place is great for soaking up some Crete or Ischia charm thanks to its secluded beaches, red-roofed town, and yachts.

There are two options to reaching the island: Using the Calypso Charters, which offers speed boat shuttle weekly, departing Anguilla at 9 am and returning from Saint Barthelemy at 5 pm. The second option is using Anguilla Air Services.

Wallblake House is not only a museum but also a heritage estate house. It is situated in the Valley district and is believed to be the oldest building in the country, having been built in 1787 by the famous sugar grower Will Blake (Wallblake probably came from this name).

This is among the few estates in the whole of the Caribbean where the whole buildings as well as slave quarters, the stable, and the kitchen, are still standing today.

A number of rooms here also contain displays illustrating the history of the island.

Though it is a private estate, tours can still be organized on Tuesdays and Fridays starting from 10 am to 12 am.
